The Washington DC Association of REALTORS® (WDCAR) held its Annual Meeting on Thursday, December 6 at the National Association of REALTORS® building in downtown DC. At the meeting, members of the WDCAR Board of Directors for 2008 were recognized and sworn in. Susan Pepper of Grubb & Ellis was installed as WDCAR's 2008 President.
