GCAAR Board member Marc Fleisher, Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., was selected as GCAAR’s 2004 REALTOR® of the Year.
Fleisher was chosen for his outstanding service to the association and unparalleled professionalism when dealing with clients or other agents.
With more than 24 years of experience, Fleisher applies boundless energy and a hard work ethic toward every transaction. He has been recognized as the #1 Long & Foster overall Top Producer in both resales and new home sales and the #1 agent in GCAAR for the past five years. In each of the past five years, he sold more than $150 million of residential real estate in the metropolitan DC area.
He has been a Board member of WDCAR and often lectures on negotiation tactics as well as maintaining a balance in one’s life. In February, Fleisher spoke at a standing-room only Rookie Society event about marketing yourself and your listing. It was the biggest crowd the Rookie Society has drawn to date.
