Please note: If you have been licensed for 4 years or less, when you join GCAAR you are automatically a member of the Rookie Society. There is no sign-up or registration required. You will automatically receive an e-mail invitation a couple of weeks before each Rookie Society event.
MISSION STATEMENT When new licensees hit the street, there can be a gap in the transition from basic pre-licensing training to the real-world application. At GCAAR, we feel it is our duty to the industry — and to you as a member — to make sure you have all the resources needed to be a skilled professional no matter how long you've been in the business. The mission of the Rookie Society is to promote REALTOR® advancement by providing networking opportunities, fostering discussion, and stimulating the open interchange of ideas on issues important to new members of the profession including duties, responsibilities, and challenges. |
