CREDITS: 3.0 REQUIRED hours for MD First-Time Renewal licensees (Topic J). 3.0 ELECTIVE hours for MD non-first-time licensees.  NO ELECTIVE CREDITS FOR DC/VA.

Master the fundamentals of real estate contracts, including listing agreements, buyer agency contracts, and contracts of sale. Learn to prepare, negotiate, and terminate offers while understanding the key elements that make a contract legally binding. This course will give you the tools to handle contract breaches, disclosures, and ensure all parties are protected.

Cancellation policy:

If you cannot attend a class, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts. Here is a tutorial on how to cancel a class online.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will incur a $15 No-Show fee per class.

No-show policy:

If you fail to attend a CE class without prior cancellation, a $25 No-Show fee will be charged to your account.
