GCAAR Recognition Awards & winners

Plan ahead for 2027

In the first quarter of each year, the GCAAR Recognition Awards recognize primary REALTOR^® members’ hard work based on their transactions in the previous year. Based on your feedback, we’ve re-worked our Recognition Award thresholds – and we want to share them early so that you can plan ahead! The new thresholds are effective starting with all 2026 transactions and will be used in the foreseeable future to create year-over-year consistency in the Recognition Awards program.

Please take note of the new award criteria below – and we hope to see you among our winners at our 2027 event!

Note: Awards are given to primary REALTOR^® members and for residential sales only. Rentals, commercial listings and other non-residential sales transactions do not count toward transaction totals.

Revised GCAAR Recognition Awards criteria

All individual award winners will be identified through Bright MLS data.

Diamond Award – At least $50,000,000 in volume or 60 transactions
Platinum Award – At least $30,000,000 in volume or 40 transactions
Gold Award – At least $20,000,000 in volume or 30 transactions
Silver Award – At least $10,000,000 in volume or 15 transactions
Bronze Award – At least $5,000,000 in volume or 10 transactions

An application is required. The sales volume for team awards remains the same as in previous years, but please note the updated transaction numbers.

Small Teams (2-3 agents)

Platinum Award – At least $60,000,000 in volume or 40 transactions.
Gold Award – At least $30,000,000 in volume or 30 transactions.
Silver Award – At least $20,000,000 in volume or 20 transactions.
Bronze Award – At least $10,000,000 in volume or 15 transactions.

Medium Teams (4-9 agents)

Platinum Award – At least $60,000,000 in volume or 40 transactions.
Gold Award – At least $30,000,000 in volume or 30 transactions.
Silver Award – At least $20,000,000 in volume or 20 transactions.
Bronze Award – At least $10,000,000 in volume or 15 transactions.

Large Teams (10+ agents)

Platinum Award – At least $150,000,000 in volume or 60 transactions.
Gold Award – At least $120,000,000 in volume or 50 transactions.
Silver Award – At least $80,000,000 in volume or 40 transactions.
Bronze Award – At least $50,000,000 in volume or 30 transactions.

Each year, GCAAR recognizes our primary REALTOR^® members' hard work in the previous year with our annual Recognition Awards. Applications are closed for the team Recognition Awards and the Pathways Award. No application is required for individuals to qualify for the individual Recognition Awards.
