Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools:

The Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools course equips students with the skills to present investment information to international clients tailored to their currency and region. The course covers measuring investment performance, preparing financial projections and understanding the impact of taxes and exchange rates on investments.

Important Attendance Policy:
Consistent with NAR policy for designation courses, full attendance and camera presence are required. There will be no partial credit or makeup sessions. 

This is a Hybrid designation course delivered online and in-person. Snacks and lunch will be provided for those joining in-person.
