Having trouble accessing forms or other website content?
Try these tips
If you're getting an error message while trying to access GCAAR's contract forms or other content on this new website, here are a few things that can help you resolve the issue:
- Make sure you are logging in to the GCAAR website with the email address that is associated with your GCAAR account.
- Log out of the website and close the GCAAR tab on your browser. Then, open the website, www.gcaar.com, and log in again.
- If the above strategy doesn't work, please clear your cache of your old images and files. These links will show you how to do that if you use Chrome, Safari or Edge.
- If you're not having any luck with #2 and #3 above, open an incognito/private browser window and try logging in again.
- And finally - be sure to update your old bookmarks to the pages on the new website!
