To order an award, read the instructions below:

1. GCAAR winners may purchase their award through GCAAR's portal.
2. Please be sure to confirm the name and address details at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/J6TXWJT. GCAAR is not responsible for awards engraved with incorrect names or those shipped to the wrong address.

• The cost for the award and shipping is $80.
• GCAAR will place orders on a monthly basis starting next week, through June 30.
• Production takes two to three weeks.
• Awards will be mailed directly to the address provided when the order is placed.

Awards must be ordered by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30.
