We use information about our users, members and non-members, for administrative, operational, and financial purposes. Databases are maintained to store information regarding: 1) membership records; 2) course registration, attendance and completion; 3) event registration; 4) product purchases and other financial or general information.

Strict privacy of email addresses

We use return email addresses to answer the email messages we receive, to contact someone regarding a problem with a registration, to update a member's record, send an automatic registration/purchase confirmation, or to send event reminders. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Email addresses are not sold or provided to third party vendors, direct mail companies, email list services, etc.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic encryption and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect electronically.
