***This course will be held virtually and is offered to our GCAAR members at a no-charge rate. THIS COURSE WILL BE HELD OVER TWO DAYS: Wednesday, August 19 and Thursday, August 20, 2026 from 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM ET daily. YOU MUST BE PRESENT ALL HOURS OF BOTH DAYS—no makeup days nor partial credit will be available.

By registering for this class, you will also be registered for the class on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Please note registration closes two hours prior to the start of class on August 19.

By registering for this class, you agree: 1) To be on time 2) To be recorded 3) To be on camera, clearly visible on screen and in a stationary setting that is conducive to learning. This means no driving, no walking around, no phone calls or other distractions. No Background are allowed, blurring is permitted 4) That GCAAR reserves the right to decline to issue credit if you are not in an environment conducive to learning 5) That you have ensured that your computer, camera and mic are working prior to class. Tech support is not available throughout class.

As part of our continued commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the real estate industry, GCAAR is proud to offer the At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification course.  AHWD covers how to work effectively with diverse populations by developing business practices rooted in inclusion and equality to help buyers of all cultural backgrounds achieve the dream of homeownership.

What You Gain

-Knowledge of the subtleties of U.S. fair housing laws

-Business etiquette for specific cultures

-An edge in expanding your business to include international clientele

-Credit towards the ABR®, CIPS and SRS designations, and as a task in the C2EX program

In order to earn the certification, you must: 1) Actively participate on camera in all hours of the course across both days; 2) Be a REALTOR® member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR); and 3) Complete an application and pay a one-time fee ($75.00) to NAR after successful completion of the course.

Cancellation policy:

If you cannot attend a class, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts. Here is a tutorial on how to cancel a class online.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will incur a $15 No-Show fee per class.

No-show policy:

If you fail to attend a CE class without prior cancellation, a $25 No-Show fee will be charged to your account.
