Each election year, GCAAR puts together a committee of members to review candidates for local office and decide on possible endorsements.

The Political and Campaign Affairs Committee (PCAC) is made up of GCAAR Executive Committee members, GCAAR's Public Policy Committee (PPC) leadership and member leaders representing a diverse cross-section of our membership.

For the 2026 election, GCAAR is distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews to come to a decision on candidates that align with GCAAR policy goals and postures that seek to improve the landscape of the real estate industry.
