Due to recent changes in D.C. and the Town of Somerset in Maryland, GCAAR is releasing new and updated forms outside of our regular forms release schedule, as our D.C. Public Policy and Forms committees wanted members to have access to the updated forms as soon as possible.

This mini forms release involves one new form, five updated forms, two removed forms and 12 checklists that have been updated to correspond with the forms.
