Your 2026 GCAAR dues invoice is now posted online under the “Pay your dues” link at the top of the GCAAR.com homepage. (On mobile, click the three lines to the right of the magnifying glass at the top right to find the “Pay your dues” link.) When paying online, do not forget to check the "Pay Now" checkbox on the right side of your invoice.

Important information regarding renewal

• Your dues payment must be received by Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025. If payment is not received by this date, a $50 late fee will be charged to the account.
• If your payment is not received by Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025, your REALTOR^® membership will be suspended, including your SentriLock and contract forms access.
• During this time, a $150 additional late fee will be charged to your account. GCAAR will reactivate your REALTOR^® membership when full payment is received.
• 2026 dues are non-refundable as of Jan. 1, 2026.
